The Students’ Scientific Society known as SSS is an independent, non-profit, non-political & non-religious association, totally run by volunteered medical students, and affiliated to the International Federation of Medical Students' Associations (IFMSA). Our mission is to offer physicians a comprehensive introduction to global health issues. Through the opportunities we seek for, develop and offer we develop culturally-sensitive, interactive students of medicine in their faculty and professional, skillful contributors to the welfare of their community, intent on influencing and improving their community and being able to interact with it. SSS aims to enhance the medical knowledge of the students through many Non-traditional other than their Academic studies, such as Awareness projects, Medical publications, etc. Being a scientific association doesn't delete the social aspect of our activities, as vital need in the life of any association generally and a crucial need in the life of medical students specifically. That accordingly increases their productivity and makes them more liable for improvement and progress. SSS is not only a scientific oriented society; but also it is a very successful model of the application of full legislative & democratic environment through the Biannual General Assembly meetings held, assessing our performance, presenting our reports and electing a new team of officials annually.
